Jonathan Pett is the VP of Customer Experience at Victory Home Remodeling, where he has helped shape the company's customer journey from first contact through project completion. A Clemson University alumnus, Pett joined Victory during its early growth stage, building the front-end marketing, inside sales, and appointment generation operations before leading the creation of the company's Customer Success department.
